She joined the Impact Services team in October 2022, and has broad experience across Manufacturing, Civil Construction and Oil and Gas industries. She has held the position of Reward and Engagement Manager at WesTrac Pty Ltd prior to joining Impact Services, where she provided input into the company’s P&C strategy as it relates to the Reward and Engagement function.
