With over 15 years of dedicated experience in the employment services industry, Audrey is a seasoned professional whose journey began as a site manager, where she transformed a regional site in Western Australia into the highest-ranked establishment in the area.

Audrey’s expertise extends to managing contracts and performance for Workforce Australia, jobactive, and WfD employment providers across diverse regions in WA. She has a remarkable track record of successfully securing tender applications for key programs like jobactive, WfA, and Transition to Work, thereby setting the strategic direction for these contracts within her organizations.

Beyond her contract management roles, Audrey has also overseen Labor Hire and Apprenticeship/Traineeship programs, including the Aboriginal School-Based and Indigenous Remote Service Delivery Traineeships. Her dedicated efforts have empowered over 100 Aboriginal students to complete their qualifications and transition into meaningful employment.

Audrey’s career began as a qualified teacher, during which she taught students ranging from kindergartners to year 12 pupils across Western Australia, including the Kimberley’s, Goldfields, Ngaanyatjarra Lands, and Darwin in the Northern Territory. This diverse teaching experience has fueled her commitment and passion for improving outcomes for Aboriginal communities.

In addition to her professional accomplishments, Audrey has actively contributed to her community by serving on several boards, such as Bay of Isles Community Outreach and Goldfields Individual Family Support Association. Her volunteer work has focused on supporting individuals with disabilities within the community. Audrey’s dedication to the community extends further as she regularly volunteers her time to support organizations like WA Enforcers, the state Wheelchair Rugby team, and serves as a member of the City of Joondalup Reconciliation Action Plan Community Reference Group. Her commitment to making a positive impact is at the core of her professional and personal endeavors.
